I am a creative photographer based in Harpenden Hertfordshire. I've documented weddings around Hertfordshire and throughout the UK. I feel priviliged to be part of a couples wedding day and excited when discovering interesting venues and exploring the opportunities they create.

I shoot contemporary, natural and undirected photography building a rapport with your guests as I blend into your day. I believe its about letting your day flow freely capturing moments that you'll remember forever. This is achieved through my unique eye, full coverage and attention to detail. I will only ever take you aside for a short period. Here we create a timeless and intimate collection of images that truly add to the story in your beautiful book.

My other passions are photographing sports and action. For me, the same concepts apply. Its about capturing emotional moments with graphic, colourful and inspired compositions.

Educated to degree level and a member of the Canon Professional Network, I am a passionate, relaxed and enthusiastic guy. I love working with couples that want to invest time into making their wedding truly memorable, allowing spontaneity to shine through on the day.

Your Story Book

The photography is only half of your service with the design of the story book being as important as the photographs. Please see some previous story book designs below.

There are two options of books available. The Digital Book and The Matted Book.

Matted story books are different to digital story books in that each page design is based on a choice of templated, pre designed matts with a black or white finish. Digital story book pages have been individually designed in photoshop where the final layout is printed directly on to the page with photographic paper.

In recent years the digital story book remains to be the most popular choice by many couples today.

Digital Story Book

The digital story book in conjuction with Graphistudio, is the most popular choice with my clients. The 60 page book below was created for Lucy and Rob’s wedding earlier this year. This book is the exact style of the 30 page Large album but with 60 pages. The sample below gives you an idea of how I will create your story book. Please remember that once an initial design is made, I will work with you to ensure that all your favourite photographs are included and you are happy with the design. There is no limit to the amount of changes you can make, and I will not go to print until you are happy with the layout.

The sample above is low resolution and only suitable for viewing on a monitor. Colours and photos appear brighter in the printed book.

Square style Digital Story Book

All albums come with an option of having a portrait, landscape or square format. Below is a sample design for the square format.

Matted Story Book

Below is the sample of the matted book. This album has been finished with a leather backing, perspex cover and presented in a luxurious case. The album is designed to give you an idea of a matted book with matt layouts only. These photographs are taken from a variety of weddings and you will get an understanding of the high quality on seeing the book printed. This book will be available to view when we meet.
